    Recruiting & Hiring

Gain consistent access to qualified PTs when you need them.

From getting on and off the school bus to maintaining a stable sitting posture, pediatric physical therapists play a critical role in helping children feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout their day. Kelly Pediatric Therapy taps into a nationwide network of highly qualified therapists to support children with physical disabilities or gross motor, balance, or endurance challenges—so they can safely access their academic curriculum, school environment, and daily routines.

    Roles we fill and support:

    • Physical Therapists (PT)
    • Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)
    SCREENING & ONBOARDING

Help children participate in their learning with rigorously vetted PTs.

Every physical therapist we work is rigorously vetted, ensuring they have the proper licenses, credentials, and aptitude to work with children with myriad physical disabilities or challenges. In general, any PT that you add to your school or early intervention team should have:

    • A Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
    • Have passed the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
    • Experience or training providing physical therapy in a school or early intervention setting.

Kelly Pediatric Therapy makes it easy to onboard a PT to your school-based or early intervention program. No matter their clinical background, our proprietary School-Based Academy and Early Intervention Academy equips PT professionals for working in these child-centered environments.

    RETENTION

Adequately support your physical therapy team.

At Kelly Pediatric Therapy, nearly two-thirds of our team has direct experience working in therapy settings. Every physical therapist we place is supported by a licensed clinical director who provides ongoing guidance and oversight. Our providers also receive access to PT assessment tools, activities, resources, and certified continuing education. With this level of support—combined with competitive compensation—we proudly retain 93% of our SLP, OT, and PT providers, a rate that is 30% higher than the industry average.

    COMPLIANCE & MANAGEMENT

Maintain IEP compliance and control physical therapy services costs.

In addition to mentorship, our clinical directors ensure our physical therapists help your district or early intervention program stay compliant. Through the proprietary Kelly Pediatric Therapy Billing System, PTs and PTAs track their billing and caseload information, allowing districts and programs to maintain IEP- and state-level compliance, and monitor caseloads, referrals, therapy costs, and more.

A proven track record supporting physical therapy programs.

For nearly three decades, Kelly Pediatric Therapy (formerly Pediatric Therapeutic Services) has delivered measurable impact for districts and early intervention programs. Backed by the power of Kelly and the expertise of Kelly Education, we consistently deliver high-quality physical therapy support to our providers, program administrators, families—and most importantly—to the children we serve.
