Occupational Therapists
Supporting children's visual and motor skills, self-regulation, executive function, and their ability to participate in academic and daily living activities.
Recruiting & Hiring
Connect with trusted pediatric occupational therapists.
At Kelly Pediatric Therapy, we know a qualified and reliable occupational therapists can have a profound impact on a child’s ability to participate in their own learning. We also know just how hard it is for school and early intervention programs to find and retain such vital talent. We leverage a nationwide talent network to attract occupational therapists that are skilled at addressing the physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and sensory components that limit a child from performing daily activities.
Roles we fill and support:
- Occupational Therapists (OT)
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)
SCREENING & ONBOARDING
Empower children to learn through rigorously vetted OTs and COTAs.
Every occupational therapist we place is properly screened to ensure they hold the appropriate licenses and credentials, and aptitude to work with children with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and physical needs.
Generally, OTs must successfully complete the following to be licensed in most states:
- An accredited occupational therapy program
- Supervised fieldwork
- A national certification examination
In addition, no matter their clinical background, our proprietary School-Based Academy and Early Intervention Academy equips OTs and COTAs for working in these child-centered environments.
RETENTION
Work with supported therapists—that stay.
At Kelly Pediatric Therapy, nearly two-thirds of our team has direct experience working in therapy settings. Every occupational therapist is paired with a licensed clinical director who provides ongoing guidance and oversight. Our providers also have access to OT assessment tools, activities, resources, and AOTA-certified continuing education. With this level of support—plus competitive compensation—we’re proud to retain 93% of our SLP, OT, and PT providers, which is 30% higher than the industry average.
COMPLIANCE & MANAGEMENT
Maintain IEP compliance and control costs for OT services.
In addition to mentorship, our clinical directors ensure providers seamlessly integrate clinical best practices alongside MTSS-driven approaches to reduce barriers that limit a child's ability to learn and participate in their learning environment.
What's more, the proprietary Kelly Pediatric Therapy Billing System helps providers track their billing and caseload information, allowing districts and programs to track and maintain IEP- and state-level compliance, and monitor caseloads, referrals, therapy costs, and more.
