Nice to meet you.

KellyOCG® helps people and businesses do their best work. From finding the right talent to supporting workforce needs, we make it easier for companies to move forward and grow.

From staffing pioneers to next-gen workforce solutions.

Founded in 1946, Kelly® invented the staffing industry and revolutionized the world of work. KellyOCG, or Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (OCG), began in 1995 as a dedicated division, becoming the first managed service provider (MSP) for strategic enterprise workforce solutions in 1996 and growing its contingent workforce and permanent hiring capabilities.

Expanding through acquisitions like RocketPower (2022) and Sevenstep® (2024, via Motion Recruitment Partners), KellyOCG operates as a strategic partner, not just a service provider — transforming how businesses in 70+ countries attract, manage, and grow talent across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.
