James Vallone Named President of Kelly Technology Solutions Division, Motion Recruitment

In this role, Vallone now leads the strategic expansion of the company’s IT solutions and staffing services, following Kelly’s acquisition and integration of Motion Recruitment.

In his 23 years at Motion Recruitment, Vallone has witnessed the company's evolution through several market shifts and has led several successful business transformations in a fast-paced industry. After beginning his career as an entry-level recruiter, Vallone quickly expanded his roles and responsibilities, transforming top teams in Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. With each promotion, he helped grow Motion Recruitment’s footprint, establishing a company culture of success nationwide.
Vallone’s strategic perspective led him into corporate leadership, where he spearheaded the launch of the company’s enterprise IT contract business, a key evolution in Motion Recruitment’s market strategy. His leadership was the driving force in making the move an unquestioned success, growing that business exponentially from $5 million in revenue to over $100 million in under five years, followed by consistent 20% year-over-year growth, even in challenging economic environments.
