Providers are assessed in seven areas: market adoption, portfolio mix, value delivered, scope of services offered, innovation and investments, delivery footprint, and vision and strategy. They are classified as Leaders, Major Contenders or Aspirants.
The Everest Group report noted several areas of strength for Kelly:
