Tina Mosley is Vice President of Florida Operations at Kelly Education, the specialty business of Kelly® that provides educational staffing to school districts across the U.S. Based in Jacksonville, she leads business operations across Florida and works with districts on workforce planning, including how to cover classrooms and plan for what’s coming next. Tina joined Kelly in 2004 and has held roles from Senior Area Manager to Florida State Lead for Kelly Educational Staffing. Before Kelly, she taught science in Florida schools and chaired a school science department. That classroom experience shapes how she approaches staffing: she’s seen the need from both sides. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Central Methodist University.
