    SCREENING & ONBOARDING

Implement positive behavioral health strategies with vetted providers.

Every behavior provider we work is rigorously vetted, ensuring they have the proper licenses, credentials, and aptitude to work with children who have developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and social, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

In addition, no matter their clinical background, our proprietary School-Based Academy and Early Intervention Academy equips BCBAs, LBSs, RBTs, BTs, and PCAs for working in these child-centered environments.

    RETENTION

Stop the revolving door of behavior providers.

At Kelly Pediatric Therapy, we know consistency is key when supporting a child's social and emotional wellbeing. We proudly boast an 85% BCBA retention rate so children maintain strong relationships with their providers. Every behavioral health professional is also paired with a licensed Kelly Pediatric Therapy clinical director who regularly guides their practice. These supports, plus our competitive compensation, have led to our low turnover rates.

    COMPLIANCE & MANAGEMENT

Implement effective and compliant Behavior Intervention Plans.

In addition to mentorship, our clinical directors ensure providers seamlessly integrate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral best practices into your district or early intervention program. Kelly Pediatric Therapy BCBAs and LBSs provide ongoing supervision for BTs and RBTs within the programs they support and for the students on their clinical caseload.

What's more, the proprietary Kelly Pediatric Therapy Billing System helps providers track their billing and caseload information, allowing districts and programs to track and maintain IEP- and state-level compliance, and monitor caseloads, referrals, therapy costs, and more.

A proven behavioral health track record.

For nearly three decades, Kelly Pediatric Therapy (formerly Pediatric Therapeutic Services) has delivered measurable impact for districts and early intervention programs. Backed by the power of Kelly and the expertise of Kelly Education, we consistently deliver high-quality behavioral health support to our providers, program administrators, families—and most importantly—to the children we serve.
