A global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturer needed to scale its talent acquisition (TA) function. As it rolled out a universal TA model, it also streamlined HR processes across EMEA, hiring about 100 people in 14 countries, from interns to senior managers in finance, sales and marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain. Language, employment regulations, cultural nuances, and socioeconomic conditions varied by country.
The client was also moving full recruitment ownership to its internal TA team, so service had to stay continuous and disruption minimal, even as metrics tracking paused during the transition. With an undefined timeline, flexibility was essential.
Rather than replace the internal team, we used modular RPO to add specific capabilities and provided a full-time recruiter for regional staff augmentation and talent pipelining. We supported recruiter workshops and change management to streamline in-region delivery and align it with the global TA strategy. Our workforce technology platform, Sevayo®, helped us benchmark performance and set goals. And hiring managers were trained on a new applicant tracking system. We also ran demographic, supply and demand, and competitor analysis throughout.
With Sevayo, the client moved toward a metrics-led TA program. The dashboard helped them pinpoint problems, deploy resources by region, and prepare for hiring spikes. In the Netherlands, our lead project RPO recruiter cut time-to-fill for manufacturing roles from 200+ days to 50. In-region workshops educated line-of-business leaders, building confidence in the model and increasing the number of successfully onboarded hires.
