What kind of jobs will I find in the Kelly Now app?

All kinds! You’ll see great jobs in light industrial & manufacturing, assembly & electronic assembly, forklift & material handling, pick & pack and warehouse, contact center & data entry, event support, and general office support. Better yet, new jobs are added to Kelly Now daily. 

How much work experience do I need?

Most of our jobs are entry-level roles, requiring 0 – 3 years of experience.  

 

What about paperwork and screenings? Will I need to complete a Form I-9?

Completing onboarding documents is easy: All paperwork is generated by the Kelly Now app, including tax forms and your I-9. Because many of the jobs offered by Kelly Now don’t require additional screening or waiting, you’re hired quickly and are one step closer to payday (which is weekly, by the way!). Positions requiring additional screening (i.e., drug or background) are clearly noted in the job descriptions, so you'll always know what to expect.   

 

Will I need to onboard and add my personal information each time I apply for a job?

No, the Kelly Now app is designed for you to simply complete onboarding paperwork once in our easy-to-use platform. We'll store your information for future applications — so you can easily apply and accept new roles, and we'll handle the rest. 

Note that some roles may require additional paperwork or verification. If they do, a Kelly recruiter will be in touch to guide you through the process.
