A high-tech manufacturing services company’s Memphis facility operates at a rapid pace, where workforce availability directly impacts production output and delivery timelines. As demand surged, the location required an on-site staffing partner that could understand day-to-day operations and rapidly scale talent in response to changing business needs. 

With more than 600 year-to-date labor requests and ongoing production pressures, the company needed to fill critical manufacturing and support roles quickly to sustain operations. Continuous hiring demands required an on-hand solution that balanced speed, consistency, and workforce quality while supporting hundreds of active employees.

Kelly delivered 585 placements against 604 hiring requests, achieving a 94.7% fill rate and helping minimize production disruption. The partnership also maintained an 84.2% delivery rate while supporting a workforce of 393 active employees and limiting open positions to just 20 roles. 

Speed-to-fill remained a key differentiator, with 70% of positions filled within 15 – 30 days and an average posting duration of fewer than 25 days. Workforce growth and stability were equally strong, with 490 starts compared with 190 ends during the reporting period. 

By combining an embedded on-site presence with a scalable staffing strategy, Kelly delivered talent at the pace production demanded while strengthening workforce stability and operational continuity. The success of the partnership earned Kelly selection as the location’s master vendor and positioned the team to support an upcoming workforce ramp of approximately 600 employees to meet future production needs.
