Myke Hawkins is senior vice president, Global Solutions, of Kelly Services. Kelly is a global provider of workforce solutions, always thinking about what’s next in the story of work, connecting talented people to companies in need of their skills and designing talent strategies that help businesses embrace the value of all workers and workstyles.
He is responsible for leading client development and account strategy across Kelly’s global portfolio of centralized large accounts in industries ranging from high-tech and consumer goods to natural resources and life sciences.
As an experienced sales leader in the business services space, Myke has distinguished himself as a results-driven performer with a keen understanding of large companies’ needs for workforce solutions. He has successfully managed large, global sales teams and delivered client-focused account management strategies across North America, South America, and Europe.
Prior to joining Kelly in 2015, Myke was managing director and senior vice president of Global Sales and Client Management at Xerox HR Services & Buck Consultants where he managed a large global sales organization across North America, South America, and Europe. Prior to that, he served in senior sales leadership positions at Aon Hewitt and business development for Watson Wyatt (Towers Watson).
Myke is a member of the Economic Clubs of Detroit and New York, a member of Marketing & Sales Executives of Detroit, and actively involved with the Boys Scouts of America. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and is a noted speaker on the topic of human capital.
