Myke Hawkins joined Kelly Services®, a global leader in providing workforce solutions, in 2015 as senior vice president of Global Solutions. He is responsible for leading client development and account strategy across Kelly’s global portfolio of centralized large accounts in industries ranging from high-tech and consumer goods to natural resources and life sciences.
As an experienced sales leader in the business services space, Mr. Hawkins has distinguished himself as a results-driven performer with a keen understanding of large companies’ needs for workforce solutions. He has successfully managed large, global sales teams and delivered client-focused account management strategies across North America, South America, and Europe.
Prior to joining Kelly®, Mr. Hawkins was Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Client Management at Xerox HR Services & Buck Consultants where he managed a large global sales organization across North America, South America, and Europe. Prior to that, he served in senior sales leadership positions at Aon Hewitt and business development for Watson Wyatt (Towers Watson).
Mr. Hawkins is based in Troy, Michigan, and reports to Teresa Carroll, senior vice president and general manager of Global Talent Solutions. He is a member of the Economic Clubs of Detroit and New York, a member of Marketing & Sales Executives of Detroit, and actively involved with the Boys Scouts of America. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and is a noted speaker on the topic of human capital.
