Jim Bradley is senior vice president and chief administrative officer for Kelly®. Kelly is a global provider of workforce solutions, always thinking about what’s next in the story of work, connecting talented people to companies in need of their skills and designing talent strategies that help businesses embrace the value of all workers and workstyles.
As a tenured and results-focused leader, Jim is responsible for Kelly’s Financial Shared Services, Operational Shared Services, Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment Management Services, Enterprise Health and Safety, the Company’s Procurement management process, which includes Facilities and Real Estate Management, the Global Service Organization and Information Technology (IT). He reports to Peter Quigley, president and chief executive officer.
Jim has been a key member of Kelly’s leadership team for more than 20 years, advancing the company’s strategy across numerous organizations since joining Kelly in 1996. His business acumen, operational expertise, and drive to innovate have helped Kelly continue to meet clients’ changing needs in the rapidly evolving world of work. During his tenure Jim has managed teams responsible for customer solution delivery and implementation; been accountable for accelerating the speed of adoption within key accounts; and driven formalized, ongoing program governance. Prior to his current role, he was most recently senior vice president in the KellyOCG organization with global accountability for the MSP, CWO, and PPO practices.
Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Fordham University in New York and has a deep experience in IT product management. He is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board for the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). In 2020, Jim was recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the most influential people in the staffing industry.
