Darryl Staskowski is senior vice president and chief information officer of Kelly®. Kelly is a global provider of workforce solutions, always thinking about what’s next in the story of work, connecting talented people to companies in need of their skills and designing talent strategies that help businesses embrace the value of all workers and workstyles.
As CIO, he oversees the implementation of innovative solutions and is responsible for all aspects of information technology, information security, data and analytics across the global organization.
With more than 25 years of IT leadership experience, Darryl is an accomplished technology and business process leader with a proven track record of delivering business value through strategic thinking and accountability. He excels at creative, collaborative leadership and possesses the ability to engage C-level executives and inspire team members.
Darryl joined Kelly in 2008. As vice president for global infrastructure and operations, he spearheaded many successful projects, including the re-architecture of the company’s global data network, the transformation of its global data centers to a hybrid-cloud model, and the creation and implementation of the enterprise cybersecurity strategy. In 2017, his role was expanded to formalize his leadership of the company’s information security strategy. He was named interim CIO in March 2018, after which he accepted his current role in August 2018.
Prior to joining Kelly, Darryl was lead director of IS operations and IT executive for TRW Automotive. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Western Michigan University, and has completed executive management courses at the MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
