Kelly Honored with Top Customer Service Award

Employees at Kelly are dedicated to delivering service excellence to customers and candidates—a commitment recognized by the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA).

CSIA presented Kelly with the International Service Excellence Award, an honor given to leading service organizations. Criteria for award winners are based on the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS), a framework that helps organizations to deliver high levels of customer service. All winners demonstrate the following:

  • An approach to each of the attributes outlined in the ICSS
  • Breadth and depth of deployment in each approach
  • Results flowing from the approach and deployment
  • Levels of customer involvement in strategic decision making
  • Evidence of continuous review and improvement against the ICSS criteria

Kelly was named winner in the Large Business category. Winners in other categories included Hong Kong Disneyland, FedEx Customer Information Services, and Prudential Life Insurance.

"Our judges were exposed to some exceptional approaches to creating outstanding customer experiences," said Brett Whitford, secretary-general, International Council of Customer Service Organizations. "This year’s award winners have demonstrated that they are leaders in customer service and are worthy of our top awards."
