As the economy continues to evolve, so has Kelly’s commitment to supplier diversity development.  The new reality of global competition requires fresh ideas, new skills and innovative solutions to remain competitive in an emerging market.  Key to our ability to deliver high quality workforce solutions is the development of strong alliances that drive diverse participation in our sourcing strategy.  As a result, 2010 was a banner year for Kelly Supplier Diversity Development (KSDD).  For the second consecutive year Kelly was awarded “Corporation of the Year” Professional Services by the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council. 

Kelly Services would like to thank our Customers, Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders for their unwavering support and commitment to service excellence in achieving this milestone.  This recognition is a reflection of the vision of Kelly, the dedication of our team and the value our diverse partners bring.

In addition to the 2010 Corporation of the Year Award, our very own Brenda Marshall, Director Supplier Diversity Development, received the 2010 Jethro Joseph National “Advocate of the Year Award” for her achievements in the advancement of minority business development. 

As the year draws to a close, we are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and look forward to creating greater opportunities for diverse engagement in 2011 and beyond.
