Program Overview
As a part of our environmental sustainability program—Recognize—Kelly Purchasing has adopted a green sourcing methodology to include and track current and potential suppliers who are also making strategic efforts to support environmental initiatives. Our mission is to be recognized as best-in-class for procurement solutions, while also recognizing the importance of protecting our environment.
Supplier Eligibility Survey
To be considered a Kelly Green Supplier—please print, complete and forward our Green Supplier Eligibility Survey (PDF file). This information will help us to register and document your organization’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
Supplier Evaluation Criteria
Kelly’s Purchasing department will use the following criteria to determine a supplier’s green eligibility, with involvement in at least two of the following areas required for consideration:
• Formal Program and/or Policy in Place
• Use of Energy Efficiency
• Use of Materials that Decrease Environmental Impact
• Performed Operations and/or Maintenance Improvements to Facilities
• Participation in Environmental Educational and/or Awareness Opportunities
• Environmental Certifications
As a Kelly Green Supplier, your company will be added to a vendor database managed by Purchasing, with further opportunity for invitation to participate in various bid solicitations within Kelly Services.
How to Get Started
Please complete and send our Green Supplier Eligibility Survey and proof of any environmental certifications within five business days of completing the survey. We will notify you once the information has been received and approved.
