Measuring our achievement in safety

Kelly continually tracks and measures safety performance. We use this information to establish benchmarks, goals, and to better target areas needing our attention.

Two common safety measurements are Total Recordable Incidence Rate (TRIR) and Days Away Restricted and Transferred Rate (DART).  The charts below clearly demonstrate Kelly’s safety success, through TRIR and DART rates far below the staffing industry average:
