    Kelly Services launched the Kelly Supplier Service Center, a resource dedicated to servicing you. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. ET for callers in Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the United States. Our Supplier Service Center makes it easier than ever to get the answers you need—fast!

     

    Assistance

    The Kelly Supplier Service Center will assist you with:

    • Becoming a supplier to Kelly
    • Questions regarding incorrect or missing payments
    • Changes or updates to your supplier profile
    • Vendor management tools including IQN, Peopleclick, and Fieldglass
      • Problems logging in – no login, locked out, and password resets
      • Process-related questions – user operating procedures and reports
       
    • Issues concerning the terms and conditions or signing of contracts
    • Insurance requirements
    • Questions related to supplier diversity

    Support

    Your local program office or branch contact will support you with issues related to service delivery, including:

    • Order distribution
    • Candidate submittal
    • Order progress and feedback
    • Order fulfillment
    • Performance management
    • Onboarding and offboarding of contractors
    • Arrival or absence notifications
    • Customer-specific policies and procedures
