Nina M. Ramsey is senior vice president and chief human resources officer, for Kelly Services®, a global leader in providing workforce solutions. Ms. Ramsey is responsible for the Global Human Resources division that includes Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development and Talent Management, Global Learning, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Analytics, and Diversity/EEO.She joined Kelly Services in 1992 as assistant director, Organizational Development and Training and within the same year was promoted to director of Human Resources, Operations. In 1995, Ms. Ramsey was promoted to vice president of Human Resources, Operations and in 2001, was named vice president, Corporate Human Resources. In 2006, Ms. Ramsey was promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer.Prior to joining Kelly®, she was director of Organization Development and Training for Boatman’s Bancshares, St. Louis, Missouri. Ms. Ramsey holds a master’s of education degree in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University in Detroit and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She is a CHRO board member of the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), The Conference Board’s HR Executive Leaders’ Council, and a member of The Center for Positive Organizations, based at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan whose mission is to inspire and enable leaders to build high-performing organizations that bring out the best in people.
